So Victoria Day Weekend Is Finally Here (Hello, Summer!)

…and we’re about to change your life with not one, but two banana-related things.

🍌 Frozen Bananas Aren’t Just for Banana Bread

Ice Nice Banana!

One day, I pulled a couple of frozen bananas from the abyss... aka the back of my freezer... planning to make Banana Bread. While they thawed, I got impatient

Lo and behold... what came out wasn’t batter but a fluffy, creamy, dreamy dessert that almost brought me to tears. (It’s been a sad time since January 22nd.) I never thought I could replace my beloved ice cream, but I did!

🥄 How to Make This Cool-Easy Dessert

You barely need a recipe, but here you go:

  • Freeze peeled bananas (spotty ones are best!)

  • Let them thaw just enough so your blender doesn’t scream

  • Blend until it looks like soft-serve

  • Eat immediately!

Want to make it even better? Add a splash of maple syrup.

🍌 Why Banana “Nice Cream” Is A-Peeling for Victoria Day Weekend

As Canadians gear up to celebrate the unofficial start of summer... hello to forgetting how sunburn works... this frozen banana treat is the chill way to keep cool. Super easy, totally refreshing, and best of all… no fancy ice cream machine hogging your counter space.

🧦 The Banana Socks Everyone’s Going Bananas For

While we’re on the topic of bananas… may we introduce the most a-peeling, comfortable, conversation-starting socks you’ll wear all summer? These bright yellow beauties might just outshine the fireworks... and yes, they will make you easier to spot in the dark.
