Refund policy

Of course, we hope you’ll love everything you receive from Danna Bananas, but if you receive a product and you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us (danna@dannabananas.com) and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If you are returning an item, please return it to us in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll be happy to ship you out a replacement or issue you a refund. You will only be refunded the cost of the product and taxes on the product. We completely understand if you didn't like the item or you accidentally ordered the wrong item, but unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping fee on any return (shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer).
