Shipping Update
We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping to the United States remains suspended because current trade rules have made it unaffordable for us and our U.S. customers. Thank you for understanding.
Order Processing
Danna Bananas is a Canadian company located in Pickering, Ontario. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Options
We offer three shipping options:
- Flat Rate Shipping, for street-address deliveries
- Live Rate Shipping, based on current courier rates for your address
- Free Shipping, when your order reaches the applicable minimum
All tracked parcels include a tracking number and insurance.
PO Box Addresses
Our standard flat-rate shipping options apply to street-address deliveries. For PO Box orders below the free shipping minimum for their region, the actual shipping cost may exceed the amount charged at checkout.
If this happens, we will contact you before shipping. You can choose to pay the difference, provide a street address for delivery, or cancel your order for a refund.
PO Box orders that meet their regional free shipping minimum continue to qualify for free shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
- Greater Toronto Area: approximately 1–2 business days
- Elsewhere in Ontario and Quebec: approximately 2–4 business days
- Other provinces: approximately 3–7 business days
- Territories and remote communities: may require additional time
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, courier delays, and busy holiday periods. Saturday and Sunday delivery is not guaranteed.
Taxes and Additional Fees
Applicable Canadian sales taxes are charged at checkout based on the delivery destination.
Because all orders are shipped within Canada, customers will not be charged customs duties, brokerage fees, border fees, tariffs, or other import-related fees when their package arrives.
Delayed or Missing Packages
Please check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, contact us at dannabananas@dannabananas.com with your order number. We will help investigate the delay.
Packaging
Whenever possible, we reuse boxes and packing materials received from our wholesalers. We also use recycled shredded paper from our home and business. We are committed to reusing and recycling packaging materials wherever practical.
