Shipping Update:
We have suspended shipping to the United States. The new trade rules make this unaffordable for us and our U.S. customers. We continue to ship Canada wide! Thanks for understanding!
As we strive to provide you with a diverse on-line shopping experience, we have outlined the shipping information. Our secure online shopping system is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your wacky shopping fix. We are a Canadian Company and ship to all provinces. All Danna Bananas' orders are filled within 24 - 48 hours and in most cases faster. It is our aim to provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Items may be shipped using a variety of parcel/courier services to destinations inside Canada. This includes a tracking number and insurance for every parcel. We offer 3 shipping options: Flat Rate Shipping, Live Rate Shipping or Free Shipping (if order value exceed specific amount). Our Live Rate service displays current market rates from multiple courier services based on your ship to address. This gives you the option to choose the best price shipping method as desired.

When we ship within Canada, we will charge taxes on the package depending on the province it is being shipped to. Since the package is being shipped within Canada there will not be any brokerage fees, custom fees, border fees, bond fees, tariffs, duties or taxes to pay when the receiver takes delivery of the parcel.
We are currently unable to ship to the United States.
Delivery to Canadian provinces normally takes 3-5 business days. Delivery to the intercontinental United States takes from 3-7 business days. This is an estimate only and may vary depending on weather, time of year etc. Saturday & Sunday delivery is not provided.
What if my Package Doesn't Arrive on Time?
When we ship outside of Canada, your package must go through Customs in your country. Sometimes they have a small backlog, but we know that they try and keep the mail moving smoothly.
Packaging
The material used to package your purchases is either re-used packing material from our wholesalers or recycled shredded paper from our home/business. We re-use as many of the boxes we receive from our wholesalers as possible and recycle the rest.
