Summer 2026 is moving far too quickly, so I’m officially summer maxxing while I still can.
If you haven’t seen the phrase, summer maxxing, sometimes written as summermaxxing, simply means making the most of the season before it slips (pun intended in a banana way. wink) away. For me, that means sunshine, an impromptu road trip, a swim when the weather cooperates and something cold and sweet.

When the weather is scorching, what's the initial food that pops into your head? Undoubtedly, it's ice cream. A few well-liked flavours include Maple Walnut, Salted Caramel Truffle, Chocolate, Vanilla, Cookies N' Cream, Cookie dough, Bubble Gum, and Strawberry.
