At the supermarket, North Americans reach for “BANANAS” more often than any other fruit. No wonder: They’re cheap, available year round and a nutritional winner. They are high in potassium and contain vitamins B6, C, folate and magnesium.
My LOVE for BANANAS started when I was a kid. My mom introduced me to bananas, milk and a touch of brown sugar after dinner. To this day, I continue to eat this but maybe with two touches of brown sugar
